Mark Nixon Automotive has been established for 35 years and a trusted name throughout Townsville. Matthew Bourke started his apprenticeship with this company in late 2004 where he went on to complete his apprenticeship and continue honing his abilities as an accomplished mechanic within this workshop.

In September 2009, Mark sadly passed away from cancer leaving the future of Mark Nixon Automotive in uncertainty. At only the age of 22, Matt bought the business from the owners in 2010 wanting to continue the growth of such a reputable name in Townsville to ensure locals could continue to return to a trusted mechanic in this city.

Since then, Mark Nixon Automotive has only continued to display the highest quality of customer service and advice for both old and new customers. The workshop is fully equipped with highly trained mechanics ready to take on ANY job, big or small. Mark believed in providing quality work at a fair price and to this day that philosophy is precisely why we are one of the most reputable names across Townsville.
